ReAIM supports the values of the RICS, an organisation that certifies property professionals committed to positive action for the environment and the built environment. Through the adoption of global standards, ongoing training and the reliability of their experts, RICS members promote and practice the highest professional standards in the development and management of land, property, construction and infrastructure. They work actively to build confidence in property markets, create better environments in which to live and work, and make a positive contribution to society.


With over 134,000 highly qualified members in offices in major financial centres, RICS is ideally placed to influence policy and embed standards in local markets to protect the interests of clients and businesses. In doing so, RICS members are at the forefront of innovation, helping to advance the development of spaces and places by making them fit for purpose for future generations, as well as addressing the challenges we face today.

SVIT Romandie is a Swiss association with the following main objectives :


  • Promote the professionalisation of the Swiss real estate industry
  • Promote the recognition and reputation of the real estate profession, particularly in French-speaking Switzerland
  • To work closely with professional and real estate associations
  • Represent the interests of the real estate industry to the public, legislative bodies and authorities in French-speaking Switzerland
  • Support the commercial policy interests of its members and property market players, by advocating liberal market and property regulations in French-speaking Switzerland
  • To establish and promote, in collaboration with SVIT Switzerland, professional and continuing training in the real estate sector, by proposing training programmes that meet members' expectations
  • In collaboration with SVIT Switzerland, to offer basic training tailored to the needs of players in the real estate market
  • To draw up professional regulations for the real estate industry and monitor their application.
Logo Master de l'IEI

The IEI Master's degree is a private master's programme offering postgraduate courses specific to the real estate sector. Basic courses in Economics and Law are added to the IEI curriculum. These courses are given within the framework of the University of Geneva.
