Cédric Murillo-Buscarini

Fondateur et dirigeant de ReAIM SA.

  • Career, training, experience

    Cédric Murillo-Buscarini has been founder and director of ReAIM, a Swiss company specialising in commercial and residential property management, since 2013. He is also a senior trainer in influence negotiation at Influence (Switzerland).


    Cédric holds a Master's degree in Business&Administration from Inseec, a certificate from the École Hôtelière de Lausanne and certification from the Centre Européen des Négociations in Paris, and completed his training at the University of Geneva. He has been an active member of the RICS Switzerland Board of Directors since October 2016 and Vice-Chairman since 2019. 

    Cédric Murillo-Buscarini is recognised for his unique approach to negotiations, his diverse expertise, his commitment to professional excellence as well as his passion for people and real estate.

Arev Salamolard is a property lawyer, independent administrator and entrepreneur.

    She has almost 20 years' multidisciplinary experience in the fields of law, finance and real estate. She has already launched several companies and acts as an independent director. 


    She worked for several years at the Fondation pour les Terrains industriels as a project manager, giving her particular expertise in building rights and pre-emption rights.


    Thanks to her professional skills, her in-depth knowledge of Geneva's socio-economic fabric and her familiarity with the workings of public and political institutions, she will be able to help you achieve your property objectives from A to Z.

Catherine Ravix Antelmi

    Catherine Ravix Antelmi has a PhD in Management Sciences from Grenoble Alpes University, a Master's degree from the Institut Commercial de Nancy and a Specialised Master's degree from the Ecole de Management de Lyon.


    Specialising in Marketing, she has been putting her skills at the service of higher education in management for over 25 years as a teacher-researcher. She also works for companies as an associate consultant at Reaim. She brings her methodological expertise to all types of qualitative and quantitative research, as well as her expertise in Services Marketing and Customer Relationship Marketing, helping organisations to put in place customer-focused behaviours and practices. Defining relationship strategies, rethinking organisational processes and establishing internal and external communication policies are just some of the areas covered by a marketing approach specially adapted to the property management sector. She is also involved in issues relating to the attractiveness of employees in professions of excellence, such as gourmet catering.
